The Maven is essentially the women’s edition of RSD’s popular men’s Ronin Jacket, but cut for a female fit. Like the Ronin it gets perforated panels for breathability, and articulated sleeves for comfort while riding.

And it gets that already-broken-in-feeling Airborne leather—pre-oiled, washed, then hand-finished so it feels like it’s been not just broken in, but slept in, beat up, and well-loved.

Pre-curved arms prevent awkward bunching while riding. Comfort flex panels under the arms at the chest further aid comfort. And then there are the oh-so-many zippered pockets—two hand-warmers, one chest, one on the right-hand forearm for toll money. There are a few more inside, including two non-zippered stuff pockets with elastic hem to keep gloves and other sundries safe inside.

The Maven jacket also comes with five pockets to house the , which is not included but highly recommended for the extra protection while riding.
